Worst experience

I had best experience on this site reported the problem I had previously and it was sorted but this time around I am shocked I had played sicbo mega and I had a win where I had bet with R450 on 11 and the multiplier was x88 I received a straight bet the R450 x 88 was ignored I sent several chats to get this sorted and was ignored and told my game I'd is wrong clearly something is not right here cause I said if I'm wrong and not understanding the game rules can they please calculate for me so that I understand still there was no answer and was blocked on chat when I followed up I need revert on this cause if yesplay is certain I did not get the x88 why can't they explain instead shut me out I'm mad and disappointed I took screen shot where I was made to resend game I'd cause it was wrong I check my side it wasn't clearly to put me so that I may give up I want my pay explained also has screen shot of either the two where the multiplier was 88 and short paid
