Withdrawals processed but never received

I made a withdrawal on the 24th they processed it but never received it to my bank when I speak to customer service they don't even bother to check what's the delay they tell me to keep on waiting it's been more than 72 hours while if the money is processed it doesn't even take. 5 minutes to reflect also made another one yesterday it shows processed but I never receive any of them to my bank account!!
