Withdrawals issues

I opened an account with yesplqy,was requested to send documents, and I obliged .I went ahead and deposited money ,and made a bit of winnings for myself.now am failing to withdraw ,I desperately tried to.contact support ,to find out way forward ,Im hitting a wall.
