Withdrawals Frustrating

I am frustrated with the withdrawal process. Your T&C states clearly that R1000 withdrawals are processed immediately and larger withdrawals within 2 hours. I even paid R10 for each of my withdrawals. The agents just say withdrawals take 72 hours but your terms definitely don't state that. I'd like my withdrawal I did at 3 am processes and transferred to my bank account asap. I don't want to have to contact the Gambling Board to get my winnings!
