Withdrawals are not processed

I am very disappointed with the Withdrawal process, I have tried withdrawing money from my Yesplay account since the 30th of August and cancelled the transactions, tried again twice and there is no hope. The Withdrawal and cancelations are stuck on step 1/3 3 days later with no action from Yesplay.
