Withdrawal processing time

Yesplay is contradicting what they are saying regarding withdrawals, on their website under help it is noted Withdrawals exceeding R1000 are subject to approval and may take up to 2 hours to process.But their consultants on the chat box says it takes 24hours why the information differ from the website. I gave them a 2 as I never struggled before till last withdrawal. I normally withdraw more than R1000 and get processed instantly and I get the money late on or in the morning but lately they have to many complaints which scares me to continue using yesplay even though I have had account for 7 years
