Withdrawal nightmare

I been yesplay member for over 12 months now and made many deposits and withdrawals. Sunday 23 feb 2025 i requested a withdrawal only to be told to send fica documents, i sent all documents and lady from live chat instantly uploaded it and my withdrawal could be processed. Monday i made deposit and everything was fine till i wanted to withdraw again. They requested the same documents i sent it again and got told i have to wait 24 to 48 hours. Basically you can deposit any amount and they accept it but when you want to withdraw they lock your account and everytime they say we have upscaled your query. Yesplay clearly does not want to pay people's winnings in time but take huge deposits.
