Withdrawal nightmare

I made a withdrawal on YesPlay play using my bank account which was approved and was supposed to take around 3 days to reflect but it has already been 2 weeks and I have not received my payment.i contacted the YesPlay support team but they keep telling me to provide a bank statement as proof that I didn't receive payment and I have not received any help from them until today I am convinced that they are not running a gambling company but a **** website if any of the YesPlay team is reading this please pay me my money.
