When you win big they decline your withdrawal. Then they need documents to verify you and then once documents are approved , they move your withdrawal to the back of the line, meaning you wait again and do not get your money in time! making your 72 Hours waiting period even longer! only get excuses from Agents and no solutions! bad service!
