Withdrawal issues

Need to do withdrawal however it keep saying my account provided doesn't match up. Even the chat box isn't helpful at all Very very frustrating, I got to rock bottom and not knowing what to do next.if can't withdraw funds than my deposit should perhaps be reimbursed back to me. Frustrating enough bcs if you able to deposit then surely you should be able to withdraw with same account
