Withdrawal

I won but it sims like its not easy to get ur money after winnings , especially when u are a first time winner . My withdrawal was rejected there reason bing fica but they dnt provide direction on how u can sent them documents . I tried sending them via support email but no respond , tried there whatsapp they dont respond . Already have a full day waiting for my money to be processed . They have bad service
