With today's bonus of 100percent deposit I feel cheated cause I deposited R500 and got no bonus

While you may have deposited R500.00 in total, it was spread across three deposits (R200.00, R200.00, and R100.00)
According to our terms and conditions for this bonus:
"The allocated bonus amount will be 100% of the first amount deposited into your YesPlay account after accepting this offer"
and
"A minimum amount of R250.00 deposited between 00:05 and 23:45 on 26 November 2021 is required to qualify for the bonus. A deposit of less than R250.00 will not count towards the bonus requirements."
Unfortunately our bonus system is automated, and we are unable to reinstate the bonus.
