I joined yesplay about 2 to 3 months ago, after I saw that I was losing a lot of money on their site I decided to exclude myself. Firstly their live chat is useless and I had to send an email requesting self exclusion A week or 2 after requesting self exclusion I received a SMS saying they reward me with R500 for being a loyal customer 🤔, there I was thinking my profile doesn't exist anymore but I decided to click on the link and guess what ? My profile was credited with R500 and I regret the day I clicked on that link. My entire pay gone, my transport money that I borrowed gone all because they ****med me in using their site again
