Unsettled bets

My disappointment with yesplay is that they sometimes don't settle bets in real time. I think this is the method used to rob people because eventually, those bets get canceled without me being able to keep track of whether they are winning bets or not. There is no reason why settling bets should be delayed beyond 1 day, in my view. This is pure negligence, their systems should be more effective as they deal with people's money. And when you send them a message about it, they ignore it or insist on a betslips number that you think has won. I don't know how they expect a person to keep track of that when betting happens every 5 minutes.
