unrealistically unfair

after the first time I won. i played again so many times but I got zero wins again. I am trying understand how they think they will get more repeat business from me. i honestly avoid them now as its unrealistically unfair now. even when I apply for there bonuses , they seldom work. and I have referred so many clients to them with no rewards. I'm done with them
