Unfair and dishonest practices

I read and clearly understood your terms and conditions, with the winnings in question there's nothing you explained to me, you just canceled and they don't violate any of terms and conditions. I played on your platform for a long time, last week Sunday I played for the same lottery and won, with it being small amount you didn't bother canceling but now that I won much you cancel and keep quiet, block my account and tell me to go look for voucher slips in the dust bin where threw them. At least if you were saying I must provide a proof that indeed on that day I made withdrawal from one of my accounts that would make sense in the line of proof of ownership of the voucher but still unfair to cancel my bets for simply because this time I won huge sum. I played with you and none of my bets were ever canceled or violated your terms.
