Unacceptable service. Extremely disappointed

I'm still waiting for my ATM withdrawal to be processed, despite it being over 24 hours since the request. According to your website, ATM withdrawals are processed the same day and take 24 hours to receive the send money SMS. I've reached out to your agents, but instead of assistance, I was accused of money laundering due to changing my withdrawal method from EFT to ATM. Can someone please provide an update on the status of my withdrawal and address the delay?
