Unable to get my winnings

I made two withdrawals of R2000 and R5000 respectively on the 25 September. The following day only R2000 was deposited into my account. Struggled to get to their telephone numbers until they gave me the telephone number from the email that I sent. Yes play requested my recent bank statement on Monday. I requested my bank and I was charged 5 pages for almost R150. Till today I m still waiting for my R5000 Date of experience: September 26, 2024
