Ticket Disappeared

My bet ticket is gone imagine I bet megamillion and I was waiting for results on Friday 28 March 2025 today when I opened the site to check if I won only to discover that my ticket is gone nowhere to be found either on the settled or the open side. When I call their no one is answering the call. This is bad and with all the bad reviews I am seeing here I am getting scared imagine almost my whole family is using yesplay makes me wonder how many times people go through this without noticing. If I get help I will come back to rewrite my review for now I am devastated.I WILL MAKE SURE MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS LEAVE YESPLAY IF I DO NOT GET HELP!!!!!
