Terrible support service and no clarity on how bonuses work!!!
Why is there no support? Been like this for a day now, tried calling no luck, tried the live support in game, nothing. Tried the help chat also nothing. I accepted a R500 bonus and now I have made some winnings and according to the t's and c's there is more than enough winnings for withdraw but it remains in my bonus amount.
