I am still waiting for my payment yes I know there was public holidays in-between but it is day 3 of business days and I am still waiting . made an withdrawal on the 18/04/2025 and today is the 24/04/2025.
on your website you say EFT withdrawals up to R 1000 will be processed instantly well mine is R 1000.00 and I am still waiting

24 Apr 2025, 19:13I still have not received any refund from you guys and it is evening now and tell me the bank statement from when or do u need a bank confirmation with my banking details on. Or are u guys making sure i am not lying cause when u go on the app u can clearly see it says processed your transaction will be processed the following day
