Slow and poor verification process

The process of account verification is very poor. I spoke to three agents who didn't do anything to assist me with verifying my account. I sent through my documents and phone number but still no luck, the deposit process is seamless but when it comes to verifying your account in order to withdraw, they provide very poor and slow service.
