Process not the same as explained on the site.
I made a withdrawal request on the 31st of August, on the website is states that a withdrawal of more than a R 1000 can take up to 2 hours, its been 35 hours now and it is still showing on step one, meaning it was not yet reviewed or approved. The online chat service only gives the same answer everytime.

02 Sept 2025, 13:24As seen on the other reviews, now I need to submit alot of documents after I have confirmed yesterday that my account is in order, was fica succesfull. How long should one wait if the promise is only 2 hours, been waiting 38 hours now
