Poor withdrawal system

I've been trying to withdraw my funds with no luck, at first it said wrong banking details but they were correct, I submitted new banking details with proof of bank, all they keep saying is that I must wait for 72 hours then 3-4 businesses working days, and it's not the first time trying to withdraw
