POOR SERVICE YESPLAY CAPE TOWN

Yesplay guys is a no no! Simple because they find every excuse not to pay you. I have 2 linked accounts one account is registered with them, I fully understand the terms and conditions when transacting. So for the first time I use payment option OZOW this method allows me to authorize payments from both linked accounts as the option comes up which I obviously authorise via my banking app! Several transactions were made from both accounts and I lose several times no problem we move on.

I finally win some cash and i ask for a withdrawl no problem they want fica docs along with P.O.P for one amount that went off from the my other account, as mentioned that option comes up. It's been days now I have sent them so much of proof to very and authenticate myself and they continue to find excuses not to pay!!!! Poor staff poor telephone lines poor gaming platform. They leave your account open to play but you cannot withdraw devious to the core. First time i have ever been treated like so like a ******** they know nothing about customer eticate. 0 RATING
