Poor service yesplay

I have a yesplay account i put some money on to play . I than logged out of my account to play again later . When i logged in my money playcredits were missing and they told me my account were already registed. Since yesterday im struggling they dont reply on emails i send them they dont answer at the call centres and also dont reply on yebot on the yesplay site. I dont know if theres any other people who have the same problems with them. I think its really unprofessional.
