Poor customer service

I deposited money to play my prediction that was meant for Russia 749 9:30am draw. The draw was canceled but I was never refunded. While trying to make contact with yesplay my query is being ignored. Then I notice that they moved my draw 1 prediction and took it to draw 2 of wich I was never even gona play draw 2.

So I have been talking to Asiphe for hours now she asked me to send my bet slip wich I did 3 hours ago she keeps sending back my betslip number om not getting any help
