Payments not received. Don't join this site

I did an withdrawal on the 28 of April 2025, around past 20h00 of R3000.00 and another one around past 21h00 of the same amount (R3000).The next day boom R3000 in my account, waited for second amount, nothing until today. I have communicated with them that I have not received payment, they say 72 hrs of which it has passed. I'm beginning to think that they are ****ming people. And no one bothers to investigate. Communication is poor
