Not Trustworthy at All

Their customer care seems to be clueless on how their system works, they dont assist, it just for formalities. I called three times to be assisted regarding my withdrawal that is still not "Processed". When I call they tell me its processed but what I see in the system is just a technical issue and that a lie. I deposited again today, played and withdrawn but it was APPROVED and PROCESSED same day but the first withdrawal is still not processed.

When one deposits there are no problems but when it comes to payments, there are stories.
