This company is totally not good at all and they don't answer calls online agents they are not competent enough

My story is on the 19th of March I deposited money to yesplay account using a bidvest Bank money didn't reflect on my yesplay account because I wanted to play my lucky numbers ended up using Capitec Bank it reflected same time I played then I communicated with them regards to the Money that was deducted from my bidvest to their account even today the problem is not yet solved Yesplay can I have my R230 I have been attaching proof of payment and bank statement but no response until today
