Missing deposit! Not to be trusted

I deposited money over 5 days ago and it is not appearing. I reported the issue to them the very minute the deposited money did not appear and I was told to send in my proof of payment, which I did and they said it will be fixed in 24 hrs. On Friday, which was 48 hrs later without the money appearing, I made a follow up again only to be told they can’t help me over the weekend and I must wait until money for them to look at the matter. Monday, I’m still being told the same thing that they are waiting for feedback. They are not to be trusted!!
