Worst help desk in history - really you literally have to wait an hour just for simple question from them - if you respond you have to wait another hour or more from them is ridiculous and revolting service, not sure we can call it a services honestly a waste of time. With a horrible excuse of "As we have stated above, we are currently dealing with a high volume of live chats, please understand this." utterly revolting
