Just poor
I really wish gaming sites would get better. As a new player, I deposited, played, cashed out, uploaded my ID, waited... Check this morning and withdrawal rejected. No communication on why, what they need, nothing. This is a first experience which is one of the most IMPORTANT ones. I have tried the chat function, it is useless. Emailed, will see if and when I get a reply. Very very poor experience.

20 Aug 2024, 15:57Update: Once support did reply to my emails, with a bit of back and forth i was paid. So credit where it is due. I still feel the process should be simplified and communicated much better.
