I had the amazing experiencing of dealing with Aiden Zeiler from the George branch

I had the amazing experiencing of dealing with Aiden Zeiler from the George branch. I have never experienced such amazing customer care like i did from this gentleman… i would not use the word customer service but customer care because thats what i felt - cared for. I had previously had bad service from another branch but Aiden is on another level of care. He called me and was the most polite and dignified manner. I actually run a first line IT service desk on an international level for a retail chain so i am very aufait with customer service…. So Aiden deserves an Oscar for the way he made me feel and the way he treated me during the entire deal. He made it absolutely smooth transition and I cant sing his praises enough because I am seriously blown away by such exceptional service. He is definitely an asset to his organisation and i hope the organisation appreciates the calibre of individual they have at their branch. Thank you Aiden for 10 🌟 service.
