Don't use Yesplay gambling site.
Will not recommend to anyone. Stick to gambling sites that know how to do payouts and clear timelines and trained staff. Not even the staff know what time payouts get done or how long it takes.
I made 2 withdrawals on the 4th of Dec 11:54am and 13:26pm. The 1st one got paid the same day as I'm also with FNB, but for some reason the seconded on only got processed on the 5th Dec and I still wait.
If you got to the information part of the EFT sections it states twice a day will withdrawals be processed (11:00 and 15:00) that is clearly not happened. Ask customer service on the chat and email is there something wrong with my account, still did not get an answer. "Only money has been paid wait for it to clear" or "it has left our bank accounts when it show processed".. Sure so now why does it take so long from FNB to FNB . IT CLEARLY STATES ON WEBSITE THE FOLLOWING; In case of when withdrawal is requested to a bank other than FNB, transfers may take up to 48 hours. So now why must I wait 55 hours. No where is it stated the I must wait 72 hours. Shocking.
