Disgusting service

Yesplay is one of the absolute worse useless gambling site ever!! When you have a query and send them an email they take more than a week to get back to you and are always apologizing that it's taken them so long to respond. On their live chat they have a bot that answers for them. You wait more than 5 days for a consultant to come online and assist you with your query. They do not answer their telephone calls either you get put straight through to music with no one answering your call. The support email team when they do get back to you are lazy arrogant and totally rude. I went online and did not opt in for the bonus, I won 200 which I wanted to withdraw and I was not abled to. I sent many messages and eventually I gave up. They have 2 account registered in my name which I'm also confused as to why. I had called them sometime back and my call was eventually answered and the consultant assured me that he would rectify the mistake. They now refuse to credit my account and cannot give me a straight answer as to why I could not withdraw my winnings. They are the biggest ******. I'm warning anyone who wants to use their site please be careful
