Deposit not reflecting on yesplay account

I made an online deposit of 2000 on Friday via debit/credit card. It went through on my bank account and not reflecting on yesplay. I made several enquiry on emails and chat. Till today they are failing to refund my 2000. They keep on asking proof of payment of which i sent them 5 times. What irritates me is that, they dont have a telephone line where we can call them directly.
