Urgent: Deposit Not Reflecting

I am very unhappy. I deposited R40,000 with reference ***, but it is not reflecting in my account. This keeps happening every other day, and it is very concerning.

If the money has been deposited to my YesPlay account, I request that the hold be lifted immediately so I can withdraw the full R40,000, as I do not wish to gamble anymore due to these repeated delays.

Please assist and resolve this as a matter of urgency.
