Delayed Withdrawal

I have requested a withdrawal late at night 27 Aug. The morning of 28 it's showed pending? Which I honestly can't understand it's the longest time I ever had to wait for a withdrawal request. After some time on 28 I thought maybe the request was not received and cancelled the pending request and submit a withdrawal request again. Till now no withdrawal received?? How can this be possible??
