Cannot believe this

Hi good day I deposited a R300 Rand voucher into Yesplay earlier today and I was actually shocked with what happened next without me signing up for any bonus half of my money was taken any leaving me with R150 to withdraw only this is the first time this has happened to me but to be honest I love playing on Yesplay and have never had a problem before besides this one I’m begging Yesplay to rectify this situation for me and give me back my 150 Rand
