Yesplay rob me from my winnings, I played and won my ticket shows that it won but they are not updating my balance on my account for me to withdraw. There's no way to contact them. The chat robot is useless it transferred me to someone named Thandi but she disappeared while i was chatting to her. Telephone line not going through. My winning still not paid
