Absolutely Bad Service
Truth be told - YesPlay has a good platform but the worst customer service ever.I am always frustrated when I want to find out anything.Now I want to withdraw but they are rejecting my request without explaining anything to me.I have left two emails and countless messages on their chat but no one is explaining to me why I cant withdraw. I am conflicted because I like the platform but I am always fighting to do the simplest things. Perhaps its time to go back to my old platform.
