Yesplay still did not resolve anything all they want STILL is a bank statement

Today again I’m being told to give yesplay another 24 hours to resolve the issue. After a period of 2weeks worth of 24hours. No no no this is enough.

As stated about (yesplay) that they will be in contact, no one has contacted me this is just for the show cause if I don’t ask or comment than there is no what so ever feedback from yeslay.

This is ridiculously embarrassing for me to continuously ask for my own money and I am discussed with the treatment recieve as if I am not being honest, I am asked for the same document over and over again while I get the same reply of the system error that took place on the 14 of DECEMBER 2024.
Like really can I have my payout cause I am not even waiting for feedback anymore.
