Complaint against Yes.pet

Paid R1,196.00 9 days ago, only to get an email to say unable to fulfil order, refund within a couple of days. If I am not refunded I will be reserving my rights to recoup monies paid for no pet food delivered.

I tried to message them and call them, no response.

May be *****, in which case, further action to follow.
