YES GLOBAL.CO.ZA IS A **** THEY BLOCK YOU AFTER PURCHASING

I purchased one of their coffees on the 13th of June 2024 and I’ve got no confirmation after payment. I got no email about my order. Nothing few days later I decided to call them. They were not picking up. I WhatsApp them. They were not picking up they completely ignored my calls until end of June. I spoke to my bank to refund me the money which is FNB, but FNB could not because they need proof that I have communicated with these people cancel cancel the order , I could not cancel the order because they are not picking up. They are ignoring me completely today 29th July. I have not heard anything from them except that I am blocked.
