CLAIMING MY MONEY BACK

<div>My name is Asanda Portia Myende from pietermaritzburg. I app**** for a loan at Yes Finance of which it was approved. They called me to and told me that the loan was approved, so I have to pay R3750 for legalization fee of which I did pay that fee. After that they told me to that I have to pay R 5000 for the cost of Transfer of which I did pay that fee also. Then after that they said I have to payR3000 for my bad credit score of which I also paid that fee. They said all these fee' s will be paid back to me after 3 working days. The loan was still not transfered into my account. They sent me a final loan verification document which all the fees that I have paid to the company( Yes Finance) plus the loan which all together was R 41, 750 because the loan was R 30000.On the Final loan Verification Document it stated that I have to pay an amount of R 4.499 for the Cheque clearance Fee, I told them that I don't have that kind of money because I have given them all the money that I had. Then they told me to atleast deposit R1000, then the rest of the money will be paid by their company. I paid the R1000, after paying that amount they sent me a message telling me that I have to pay the remaining R3500 because the company is not allowed to pay that amount. I then told them that I don't have that kind of money, they said I have to pay that money in order for my loan and all the other fee's that I have paid to reflect to my bank account. I said because I don't have that kind of money. They must refund me all the money that I have paid to them, they said its against the Companies Rules to return that money. I have to pay that remaining R3500in order for my Loan to reflect on my account.
