Bad experience at Yes Dear hairdresser

Yes dear hair dresser my daughter had a very bad experience. She paid R400 to colour her roots and it did'nt came out the correct colour. And she will not ask her money back. She told the lady it's not the correct colour. But she did'nt do anything to fix her hair.
