Horrific Experience

Hi Everyone

I'd like to share the most horrific experience I had with Yenzani Financial Services as our managing agent. My apartment was registered in July 2020 and they start managing our complex in September 2020. I was not receiving any statements or invoices from them until 02 October 2020. On 06 October 2020 I request Yenzani Financial Services to provide me with a detailed breakdown of my statement I had no feedback from them. 07 October 2020 is when I made a follow up mail to Yenzani Financial Services and the response the I got 09 October 2020 is as follows "Good morning,

The meter reading and billing is what we received from Compeg - we did not calculate anything. That was all we were able to use for billing as Compeg informed us to use it. The was no break down – just a billing sheet with a meter reading and a billing."

On 22 June 2021 my situation was not resolved. I begged them to please rectify and still with no luck my query is still outstanding. Now as a owner, Yenzani Financial Services have blocked me from BUYING electricity bare in mind that I make payment on a monthly basis for my levies and I work from home. I don't remember entering into a agreement with them to BLOCK me from buying electricity. I spoke to the Director of Yenzani Financial Services and he is trying to force me into an agreement without resolving query. How will I pay my bills if I can't even BUY electricity, they are very unprofessional.

Please note that the block on the meter has been a instruction from your trustees due to your levy account being in arrears. You have subsequently paid R36 000 towards your account and the meter was unblocked.
