Worst Salon Experience (Botched hair job)

Worst Salon Experience and customer service ever.

I went in to have my hair dye'd from my natural brown to one shade of a darker brown. Some how came out burnt orange and they had put peroxide on my hair! She then put on a "toner" which made my hair pitch black with patches of brown. After the damage to my hair a Mikro Keratin treatment was a necessity. This botched job cost me R3000.

Their response after my complaint:

"Our hairstylist has 20years experience, anyways let us know if you want to come back to fix it. Have a lovely weekend."
