Very unhappy bride

Never ever trust a hairdresser to do your extensions, or anything, on the side. I would like to speak to upper management regarding the issue and find some resolution here. I am totally and utterly disgusted with one of your staff members and would like to report them and get the two missing boxes of BRAND new extensions (for my wedding which is long gone). I have proof of payment for everything. Thank you. Robyn Pemberton (simpson) p.s she threw packets of hair through my window two weeks ago. But I have had extensions before and easypro should be in boxes. For my wedding she input my year old extensions in. Not a single one was new. I went to 4 hairdressers to count and confirm my extensions were not new. I bought two boxes via yemaya, those boxes were never given to me. The other two boxes I bought via your hairdresser, for which I also have proof of payment have been delivered after a sms confrontation. I love your spa, it's such a pity one could be so naive and trusting only to have that person manipulate and ***** from me. This situation has upset me greatly. I have both proof of payment, the current state of my old extensions (still glued to my head) and whatsapp messages to prove my end of the story. Yemaya management , please get hold of me asap....thos has been weighing on my mind for weeks. 4 separate hairdressers have confirmed that I had about 2 boxes in, which was the exact amount I had before coming to yemaya. Biggest most expensive mistake of my life!

Here we sit three months after my wedding, when I should have received my four boxes of extensions. But because their employee was on leave the last two times I used REQUESTED to go to (I have evidence I wanted a mani, pedi, eyelashes etc done at Yemaya, I was told by her that she was on leave and would come to my house instead (I had just had a **** reduction and major liposculpture, so needless to say I was high on pain meds and not thinking clearly the last day she came to put "my brand new" extensions in, I knew while she was at my house that they were my old extensions because she didn't even go to the trouble of coloring them the color i requested for the wedding, a deep brown with highlights. What I ended up getting married in was over a year old (bought from inch hair by me) that was black on the top, where she did my roots and khaki at the bottom (old extensions go khaki) . At the same time as trusting this person, as by now, I had worked with her several times, I also assumed (incorrectly) Yemaya did decent stock-take and it would be impossible for her to ***** the extensions, what a misconception that turned out to be. But it was easier to allow her to resign on the spot, the owner told me, she would undergo disciplinary but had been told she would be fired (coming from my background in HR processes, I know you never state the outcome of a hearing before you have heard it, it was their get out of jail free card. The only products I bought directly from Yemaya were completely different colors and both 20 inch, so why did the employee )when I confronted her about it, throw one set of 20inch and one set of cut 16inch through my window (bear in mind I paid for 4 boxes regardless of who I was dealing with). I spent in total over R16K at the s[a (2 visits) and about R16K to the employee herself, lets not even go into how I arranged for additional work for her during her "time off" at my wedding to help my aunt. I even paid her accommodation. Shame on me and my faith in the human race. I got a lawyers letter from the employee, cause she is terrified of my husband, the lawyer, asking me not to speak to her and trust we went through the facts, the only people that owe me anything is Yemaya ( 1 x conforming 20inch hair in the color I ordered) and ( 2 x conforming 16inch hair from the employee) I dont think I need to go into what I think about this service, but it is not 5 star. Not once did the spa ask to meet with me or offer me any explanation other than to threaten me with lawyers letters. Shame on you both.
